ReplyDeleteMicrowave cakes are great things. Always ensure you use a bowl/mug much bigger than your mix or it will erupt everywhere and make a mess of your microwave. Nightmare!
ReplyDeleteDon't forget asian instant noodles. Spruce up with fresh cilantro, an egg, fried shallots, sambal oelek chili sauce! All for less than $3.00.
DeleteAsian instant noodles are great, Michelle T! Use the packet as a flavour base, add sesame oil, chilli oil (as above) and some fresh herbs. chilli oil is a great thing to have in the fridge and can spice up just about anything. And FYI Cilantro is called Coriander in Queen's English. Silly Americans... :P
